Peaceful bedtimes create a sense of balance in your home. I support families
ranging from traditional sleep issues (trouble falling asleep at bedtime
or middle of the night wakings) to more complicated situations (multiple children
or odd schedules). I specialize in out-of-the-box solutions for families with unique needs.
My personalized approach is intended to empower parents with the tools needed to maintain sustainable, restful sleep patterns as their children grow. We work together to create a sleep plan, and way of implementation, that will work best for your family.

Parenthood can be a challenging journey, and it's common to feel lonely
and isolated at times. As a certified Life Coach and trained Postpartum Doula,
I offer one-on-one sessions for parents seeking a non-judgmental and
supportive space to express emotional build-up, and explore what is going on.
I specialize in helping to navigate the postpartum period
as this can be a time of immense transition and emotional triggers.
Having a dedicated and safe space to let it all out can be healing in and of itself.

I first delved into the world of pediatric sleep
when my daughter was born in 2018.
In the early days of my parenthood journey I set on a path to learn everything I could about
supporting my baby into a good sleep rhythm.
After doing a bunch of research,
and implementing a routine that felt right to me,
it wasn't long before my daughter was getting
long stretches of peaceful, quality sleep,
and so was I.
​
I saw firsthand how much being well-rested
contributed to my daughter's growth and development, as well as the ability to regulate her emotions. I decided that I wanted to help families find good rest in their lives to create peace
and balance in the home.

information you need to set up
good sleep routines for your child
on the internet or in books.
What I offer is personalized support
for families who are struggling to
find what works.
When we work together I examine
the big picture of how your individual
family functions, and we collaboratively
develop effective sleep habits
that will eventually become ingrained
in the rhythms of your family's
daily wind down routine.
